Before you invite me to tutor your child I want you to believe in no competition, at least in education, yes it kills the young mind. I don't believe in competition! instead I believe and have experienced world runs through the cooperation, and at every level every sector, and competition harms. All through my teaching career I have personally felt that learning in the whole world is going wrong, and seriously it's not only I am talking about Nepal, because we don't teach students about the most important skills like concentration, listening (a good one), effective practice, cooperation, in formal classes. I believe we should invest our time teaching students cooperation and not competition, our most investment must be on building concentration. I believe students love choices, they love freedom in their thought, every have their own way to learn and we teachers should change ourselves according to the need of guidance for the students.
