I have been as a home tutor for 2 years and it has been a good way to improvise myself on teaching and learning process. I love sharing knowledge on respective fields and impart the kids to learn in a new method. Methods I use while teaching is giving the kids to write about certain topic and present in front of me. I prefer creativeness and self studing in terms of assignments given.
