I don't believe in competition! instead I believe and have experienced world runs through the cooperationand at every level every sectorand competition harms.
All through my teaching career I have personally felt that learning in the whole world is going wrongand seriously it's not only I am talking about Nepalbecause we don't teach students about the most important skills like concentrationlistening (a good one)effective practicecooperationin formal classes. I believe we should invest our time teaching students cooperation and not competitionour most investment must be on building concentration.
I believe students love choicesthey love freedom in their thoughtevery have their own way to learn and we teachers should change ourselves according to the need of guidance for the students. Definitelys
