as i m a aged of 20 i think rather than a teacher we should make Children feel us as there brother and be friendly that the can ask anything to us soo easily with out any fear. The more we become cool and closer more children feel comfortable and easy rather than parrot learning I prefer pratical learnings.
i have teached Science in a school too and still the students are willing to study with me but because of time i couldn't be there with them.
